Who we are
Marina Crain is a speech-language pathologist with over 15 years experience and a doctoral candidate in special education at the University of Oregon. She has graduate degrees in speech-language pathology and applied behavior analysis.
She specializes in working with children with developmental disabilities and those with complex communication needs. She is passionate about augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) and finding effective solutions for communication access.
Marina has substantial experience working in public school settings and a deep understanding of the complex systems involved in getting school-based supports. She is an advocate of collaborative decision-making between schools and families to help students thrive.
